The Annexe is also part of the main building, but is completely self-contained.
It can accommodate 4/7 guests, and has the added feature of being able to be opened-up into the House and the Snug to make one large unit for up to 20 guests.

• There are two bedrooms upstairs and an additional sofa-bed in the downstairs lounge. The rear bedroom has two single beds and has its own entrance to the rear garden. The front bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a single bed.
• Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with a wood-burning stove and modern well-equipped kitchen.
• The Annexe has a large bathroom with a double walk-in shower, corner bath, bidet, toilet and two basins.
• There are two separate entrances for convenience and additional privacy.
• There is an outside dining area in the garden to the rear next to the orchard.
